Your Options For Xpress Delivery

Xpress is offered in multiple delivery options, depending on collection location, operating 6 days a week from 7 pm to 9 pm. Parcels can be up to 17kg in weight, 90cm in size, and 0.113m3 in dimensions. The time of delivery will vary according to the location where the parcel is being delivered. Both proof of delivery (POD) and non-proof of delivery (non-POD) options are available.

Reliable Tracking As Standard For Parcels

Both proof of delivery and non-proof of delivery Xpress parcels will have full end-to-end tracking available.

Customers will be able to keep track of their parcels via phone or browser at all times, and will also be able to rearrange the deliveries over the phone.

This will allow customers to ensure they are around to collect their deliveries.

Up to Three Attempts at Delivery

On the occasions where it is not possible to deliver on the first attempt, couriers will attempt to deliver two further times before returning the parcel to a local depot for collection. This helps to ensure that customers are able to receive their parcels, increasing satisfaction in your company. Customers will be able to contact their couriers with special requests around delivery, further minimising the chances of a failed delivery.

Comprehensive Customer Messaging

Customers expect to be kept in the loop when ordering items, and the Xpress courier service offers customer messages as a standard feature.

With app notifications, text messages and email updates, customers will be fully informed about the location of their parcel and the predicted delivery window.

Monday Through Saturday Delivery

Xpress parcels can be delivered six days a week, with delivery times from 7 am to 9 pm. This wide delivery window can make it easier to successfully deliver parcels to customers.

Proof of Delivery Transit Liability

While Xpress utilises the utmost care in their transportation and delivery procedures, in the extremely rare cases where there is an issue, all proof of delivery parcels have a £25 liability.
