Please find below our latest update regarding the impact of the coronavirus on our global transport and delivery networks.

Our aim is to update you regularly regarding postal flows out of the UK. We are closely monitoring the situation and can reassure you that we are continuously working with partners to secure alternative routes where necessary, to limit the impact on your business during this testing time.

Whilst delays continue almost everywhere in the world due to the ongoing disruption caused by the Coronavirus, our agile routing means we can keep your goods moving to most destinations.

Please be aware all countries which have recently resumed services will experience delays.

India remains with special measures in place and you should expect severe delays throughout the country.

The following countries listed are currently on hold for Royal Mail International routings ONLY until further notice:

SIERRA LEONE TURKMENISTAN
LEBANON – Re-Imposed Lockdown until 10th August 2020

The following countries have suspensions on Priority Air Mail services and as such are likely to experience severe delays.

ASCENSION ISLAND & St. HELENA – Pending further up-date.

 

All countries which have recently resumed services will experience delays. The Royal Mail are prioritising the processing and shipment of mail held during the recent period of suspension. Delays will still be evident as in-country restrictions remain in place to prevent the spread of Coronavirus.
