Some of the most popular locations we’ll ship your goods to in New Zealand include:
Wellington, Auckland, Christchurch, Tauranga, Hamilton, Dunedin, Invercargill and Whangarei.
By working with us to ship your goods to New Zealand, you’ll be gaining a number of unique advantages that aren’t provided by other international courier services:
Time-specific, express delivery options
We understand that you’ll be looking for a low cost service that can also offer you security and the fastest times for international shipping. After all, you may be on a deadline with a client or customer, or need to ensure that a set of important documents were handed over to their recipient. Fortunately, we are more than prepared to offer both, so no matter what you have chosen our service for, you can feel confident that we’ll provide it. With our express service, sending a parcel to New Zealand could take as little as 3-4 working days.
We are also proud to provide time-specific collections and deliveries, for when you need to make sure your packages arrive by a certain date. To give an example, if you need a parcel collected in London at a specified time, we can ensure that it arrives on its recipient’s doorstep in Auckland when it suits you best. All we’ll need from you is the correct address, the delivery and transit times, and the speed.
A personal account manager
In order to work as closely with you as we possibly can, we’ll assign you your very own personal account manager when you sign on with us. These expert team members will oversee every aspect of your delivery operations, from billing to customs and documentation, and will be able to answer any questions you may have about the process. They’ll also be able to help you delay or cancel deliveries when necessary.
Our account managers are there to support you throughout every part of the shipping process. They will also help you navigate deliveries on the busiest days of the years in trade and commerce, including Black Friday and Cyber Monday.
Streamlined services for eCommerce purposes
If you’ve been searching for low cost courier services to send anything from food parcels and personal belongings, to crates full of wine bottles and even larger items, we can show you the best options. This makes our services ideal for those looking to expand their UK eCommerce business. We’ll work with you to make sure all your goods are packed up safely and securely, before being shipped out to their destination in New Zealand. No matter if you’re only planning on sending a few packages sporadically, or need a regular service to send a steady stream of items, we will have the solution.
We are also glad to say that we’re a price-competitive firm. So, if you have been offered a cheap price online or lower rates from other companies, we are more than certain that we can match them. This will be done with absolutely no compromise on the quality of our services. To find out more, please see our page on eCommerce shipping.
Track your parcels with our app
We know that any worry you have about your parcels and packages arriving won’t be lifted until you know they’ve been received. This feeling is common when sending parcels, whether you’re sending out food, clothing, or other products. Making sure you can track your goods in the modern era is the best way to give yourself peace of mind in the meantime, while also demonstrating the success of any chosen delivery companies or firms.
This is why we have created a free, downloadable app for our customers to use. All you will need to do is put in the tracking number we’ll give you and the app will give you an update on your items and their location. Alternatively, if you’d like to speak to one of our members of staff, you can also call our head office in London to find out more.
Our app is available to download from the Google Play Store or the iOs App Store.
When shipping to New Zealand from the UK, you’ll notice some slight differences with the formatting of addresses. An address in New Zealand should be formatted as follows:
The name of the recipient
The “unit” (flat) or house/street number and name
The town or city and postcode
In practice, this would be written as:
Mr E. Brown
14 Puriri Avenue
If you’re sending your parcels to a rural area, the suburb will be replaced by a “rural delivery number”, e.g. RD2.
Normally, any shipping or parcel delivery to New Zealand would need you to deal with customs. However, by choosing to work with us, this will all be taken care of by our team.
There are a number of restricted and prohibited items that you cannot send to New Zealand. We have provided a list of some examples here, but for further clarification please consult the New Zealand Post website.
Prohibited items include:
Lithium batteries cannot be sent by air freight to many international destinations, so if you need to send lithium batteries in a product, or just as a shipment by themselves, you will need to ensure they are packed safely and that your courier is sending them by more suitable transportation.
We strive to offer the best rates for cheap shipping to New Zealand. Whether you’re looking to send crates of wine from London to Christchurch, or need to send a number of smaller packages containing food or dry goods, we’ll make sure that you’re provided with the cheapest solution. However, we cannot offer a set list of prices for sending parcels to New Zealand, because every quote we make is bespoke. This means your goods will be priced individually, based on their weight, size and volume.
Low prices for sending goods to New Zealand will start at around £20, but may increase to £50 or more depending on the factors we’ve mentioned.
We make it our aim to offer customers the most efficient courier service possible, no matter where you are in the UK and no matter where your recipient is based in New Zealand. We’ve made it so that our service is as quick and simple as possible. All we’ll need from you in return is the recipient’s address, information on your budget and the time you would like the goods to be delivered.
The quote you’ll receive for your requested shipping services will be based on your individual requirements. To find out more about what we can do for your business and international shipping, please contact us today. We’ll soon provide you with the price you need.
