To help our customers with this, we’ve created our own free, downloadable app to use whenever they need an update on their items.

Each pallet we send will be given its own tracking number. All you need to do is put this number into the app and you’ll receive information on your goods’ whereabouts. Alternatively, you can also call our head office in London and speak to a member of staff. They’ll be able to give you an update.
